Recipe of an unbaked cheesecake!!
Ingredients
-Easy tart(under the cake)-
*Cracker of graham flour 80g
*Butter 40g
*Black sesame 2 tablespoon
-Filling-
*Cream cheese 250g
*Granulated sugar 80g
*Yogurt(sugar-free) 100 cc
*Fresh cream 200 cc
*Powder gelatin 7g
*Powder tea(Japanese tea) 1 tablespoon
Method
Break the cracker into the melted butter and black sesame, put a mold and keep cool in a fridge. 3 tablespoon water put in the powder geltain, and then microwave about 3 second. Using microwave melt soft cream cheese, add the granulated sugar, yogurt, fresh cream and stir. Add the powder tea and gelatin. Pour filling into a mold cover the tart. The last, keep cool in the fridge about half a day.
